Packing tool - For packing down single or multiple rows during any stage of hand caning.
Seat weaving Awl - A blunt pointed awl for clearing holes, or also for basket weaving
Seat weaving Chisels - Remove that stubborn spline from the groove. 2 sizes: 1/8" wide and 3/16" wide
Rubber Mallet - a necessity for tapping spline into the cane webbing groove
Caning Needle - Indispensible! Weave this needle into your pattern, insert your cane through the eye of the needle (at upper left) and pull through the weaving with the pull ring (at lower right)This tool alone will save you huge amounts of weaving time.
