Spoke Weight

This heavy duty Spoke Weight is made of black painted steel with white numerals every inch and hash marks every 1/4 inch. The center point is marked zero and is numbered in both directions beginning at the center.
A very useful tool for the basketweaver in both holding down spokes and allowing for accurate measurements through the use of the ruler marks. the overall length is 16.25" x 1.25" wide and it weighs a hefty 1.4 lbs.   $ 7.95

HOW TO ATTACH  leather handles to your basket 

The ends of each handle come riveted. You slide end of the handle on to the last weaver (row) of the basket, then cut and tuck the spokes and rim as normal.
